FieldCore - Pakistan - Description Job Summary: The IT Specialist provides detailed reporting during outage to all managers (daily status reports) and upon completion of outage (Outage Major Issues, Lessons Learned, Suggestions for Improvement). The role has in charge monitoring the system performance and provide security measures, troubleshooting and maintenance as needed, Logs issues, hardware/software into bug tracking software. You may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization's core values. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring video traffic from site Respond quickly to requests for support from other E-IVVI personnel in regards to E-IVVI computer systems.
