Unilever - Lahore, Punjab - Position Title: AM Electrical & Instrumentation Location: Ice Cream Factory, Lahore Role Type: Permanent Main Job Purpose Provide technical expertise, improve reliability, trouble shooting and sustaining cost in the Repairs and Maintenance of electrical, instrumentation and control facilities. Key Responsibilities Provide Instrumentation and controls Specialist supports for Repairs and Maintenance of E&I systems such as: PLC/HMI and SCADAs Program Controls across entire factory Trouble shooting Electrical and Instrumentation issues New designs of Program control logics Integration of current system and simplification Install, operate, troubleshoot, repair and maintain E&I systems/equipment Develop and establish instrument requisitions and specifications. Ensure to determine inconsistencies and issues present on equipment parameters or P&IDs at design phase. Develop electronic copies of instrument parameters and relate text file of database information. Provide... assistance in handling contractors on medium scale Repair and Maintenance and Projects. He is also expected to prepare simple work instructions, perform site inspections, monitor activities and check quality of workmanship at site. Assist in performing audits and execution of corrective action to ensure compliance of E&I Installations with Safety requirements of Unilever SHE-PAR and related standards, concerned Local and National codes/Laws and other recognized organizations. Prepare work orders and purchase requisitions. Prepare or organize documentation requirements for Repairs and Maintenance Wiring diagrams, P&IDs Procedures for operations and maintenance Equipment/Spares list Repairs and Maintenance Reports Visual controls Test and Calibration reports R & M Service reports SHE-TPM documents - OPL, OFI, Kaizens, SBO, QBO etc. Other documents necessary for R&M Performs detailed safety audits and recommend corrective actions on E&I equipment and/or installations Education... - Permanent - Full-time
